[Guide] Low Life / Windripper / Split Arrow / Level 99 / Updated 1.2

Ok, if youre playing with Windripper you have:
1.)+ Magic Find 2.)+ Insane Attack Speed 3.)+ No Problems with changing your 6L colour 4.)+ More Crit then Harbringer If youre playing with the Mirrored Harbinger: 1.)+ More physical Dmg 2.)+ No Need Life Leech Gem BUUUUT: The most people play with Faster Attacks instead of Life Leech, so you got the same effect but youre just not as fast as Windripper. And: This Build = Elemental Dmg, its NOT Physical Dmg. My Dmg is about Wrath / Anger and the Elemental Dmg on the Bow. If youre playing Harbinger, you will have the same effect just a slower version with less crit. You can test this out, but i dont recommend this. I know someone playing with Windripper and he has the Glyph Mark and he is playing with windripper, because that bow is the best ingame for elemental crit dmg + the nice magic find. We will see how this build will work on 1.2 but if they dont change too much and i think they dont nerf bow nodes, it will stay the same. You can go complete yolo without any defense but dont do this, its only me. I WANT the most dmg possible and i sacrifice soo much defense. We will see after respecc and patch. |

great guide!, my friend is following this guide and i hope the result will be fantastic

" Yeah youre right the paper dps is higher with glyph mark but the feeling is not the best. And you cant say much about the dps, youre using Crit Dmg amulet + legacy crit quiver. I really dont want to waste mirror + fee to see that glyph mark is not the best choice for that build. Maybe someone can give one to me for testing and he can hold some items. Have to check my friend list if someone is out there with that bow. So I can test and check myself. I can only tell what the most people saying. And they say Windripper > Harbinger for PvE. Harbinger > Windripper for PvP. (puncture). The most dmg is elemental dmg and so you dont need a slow physical dmg bow. And my DPS is 103k with Split arrow and Barrage about 120k |

After I read the news about Crown of Eyes Nerf, dont buy one until the patch 1.2 or more information will be released.
I think I will go for pure ES helmed with insane amout of resists. We will see, they said they will BUFF BOW!!!!! Lets hope for the best. |

" hm... im unsure if to keep coe because i use this or drop coe for? rat's nest? what else? es helm with massive iir/iiq? i love mf gear, i've just found windripper :D as things are now, if i drop coe from the lab i fall from 21k to 14500dps.. :( |

Okey lets see....
They nerf Crown of Eyes BUT They said they buff Bow. If there will be more godlike Bow nodes on the passive and we are going for a nice helmed with massive resist + es. We will have MORE Defense but less offense. The offense is so insane at the moment they can nerf this with crown. I will go for some tests today and we will see :) I dont use any Magic find gear but you can. Im using anti stun amulet. We will see how this will work, but i think this build isnt dead. Edit: I have done some resist math. If they only nerf crown of eyes and buff the other nodes (bow). Then we are still going for Low Life but WITHOUT Crown. We will craft a helmed with: Cold / Light resist + Accuracy + high ES. So we are cap resist on elemental weakness, got more ES and more Accuracy. Do you realy think that they will global nerf CoE without a legacy version? Iv heared rumors about nerfing windripper (quality finding) but not about a global coe nerf...

Yeah they nerf crown of eyes as i see on forum and newsletter. There will be no legacy version.
BUT: They cant nerf Windripper, they can do only a second legacy version :) Doenst hurt us because we got one :). Cant wait until the patch comes. Will update this thread then + start the 3 month ladder on hc. |
