Yeah im not 100% if im playing this build (if i can afford a cheap version). I will try my best. I will play witch for the first, then lets see how its going. I will keep this thread and update it. Maybe i can manage to get my hands on a windripper :)

I have respecced a bit and tested a bit the stuff without crown of eyes.

Not perfect but okey for testing. Costs some regrets but who care :).

Stats:
With Crown stats before you can check page 1 too:
Aura Only DPS: 28101
Charges + Blood Rage: 68595
Charges + Blood Rage + Flask: 79052
Charges + Blood Rage + Flask + Vaal Haste: 103292

Now without Crown of Eyes (Rare):
Aura Only DPS: 26072
Charges + Blood Rage: 54977
Charges + Blood Rage + Flask: 63371
Charges + Blood Rage + Flask + Vaal Haste: 82439

So the "normal setup" Blood Rage + Charges -> 13618 less DPS.

BUT THEY SAID THEY BUFF BOW and the tree is not optimized + we are cap on resist with a nice ES Rare and we got more defense.

So if they dont nerf the gloves we are complete fine. I cleared some 78er Maps today with that shitty blue Hubris.

No problem there. I clear and kill as fast as before.

and i have 35k dps with coe

basically more 150accuracy from coe and 26% spell damage from the amulet gave me 5000 more dps, from 30k to 35k, it's almost 20%more dps, that's a looot


just tried 3*6%spell damage nodes at the scion starts and 18%spell damage gave me 2,2k more dps

when using spell damage mirrored amulet, i think coe it's still better especially if you could pick up some interesting spell damage nodes in the witch tree ( must check it first ).
without a spell damage amulet, a rare circlet with resist and accuracy it's far better but i should use a passive mana leech node

I tested today another skill tree. Im not 100% sure but I think its not worth to use crown of eyes anymore. The "More" Dmg is why I used it. Not the Spelldmg itself. We have not really much Spelldmg. Im not playing with a rare amulet. I really need to test this on the new passive tree. At the moment i can say if youre playing without crown then you should pick up:
Hubris 500+ ES
Cold + Light Resist
Accuracy

If you aim for the gear I have or you mirrored my gear then you need exact these stats. If you got this youre elemental weakness capped without purity of elements. Then you dont need to change your helmed on that maps and you will have WAY more ES, I think about 6500.
But you will loose some DPS but thats not really the problem because you save like 10-12 skill points if you dont go for more power charges and spell dmg. So you can put that 10-12 Points into other interesting points like Frenzy charges, accuracy, ES and and and :)

But we will see how the new tree looks like. I will update when the patch or the tree is available.

To be honest, the high end builds like this and LL Spectral Throw basically overkill anyway, even in 6 person parties. If the COE and any other changes take 25-35% off tooltip DPS, it might not change actual clear speed at all.

Yepp i cleared yesterday maps 78er with the same clearspeed but instead of crown of eyes i played with my blue hubris (Accuracy).

before I optimized my build I played with 70-80k dps. So its the exact same clearspeed as before. Its just not that high dps but nobody need 100k+ DPS *gg*. This was just the optimized best performance ultra glass canon way :))
