With -16 chaos res and 4.8% life regen I take no damage from it. So you need higher chaos res or more regen. Can't use blood rage on half/no regen or vulnerability maps though, using a life leech gem instead if I need to deal with reflect.

For lv 20 Blood Rage which takes 3.8%/sec of your max life as chaos damage you need to counter it by having at least -20 chaos resist and 4.8% life regen/sec , you can get 3.8% of life regen/sec in the tree posted by the OP and you have 1% by default so if you sum it you get 4.8% life regen/sec and with -20 chaos resist at least you wont feel any degeneration becouse of Blood rage

You can still feel degeneration if you do maps with mods like vulnerabilty , 50% life regen slower or shocking grounds for example even with 4.8% life regen and -20 chaos resist
Just wanted to drop some feedback on how this build (Higher survivability version) is going for me. I am 79 now and I am able to Kill Atziri repeatedly (which is all I wanted this spec for). I am not super great on health (4.1k atm) but I do just fine with what I've got.

The gear is so not optimized (i know lol) but I just did the best I could within my budget. Will be doing my next runs with blood rage to test (was too scared to run with that the last few runs). Anyway pretty much just saying that it works.. so thanks.

Here's my take on the build. Haven't actually built the character yet. How's it look? Looks fine to me, but I'm questioning the skill effect duration nodes in favor of additional endurance charges
What about using Cyclone instead of DS? Would it be viable or is it too desynch prone/risky?
would not recommend the "higher survivability build for HC, and would tweak the mana version a bit" currently testing a HC version... it seems that if you don't have BoR don't even try to go for acrobatics...

you need Immortal Call somewhere for the trio, either cwdt or better yet, manual casting.
you need a ruby flask for atziri herself
