[OUTDATED] Zivko's WoE + BoR build - Seems like the build is dead

Comparison of lvl 20 Dual Strike, lvl 16 Cleave and lvl 20 Cyclone

Cleave is actually better then dual strike if you can get 20/20 version, just link it in Bringer of Rain with blood magic, addded fire and multistike. I tested it on Atziri's adds and its better then Dual Strike with melee splash.

I was really tired when i was making this so i was repeating a lot of stuff i said earlier over and over again, but it should be enough to give everyone an insight in the improvements made with the new skill tree and patch.

Cleave+Blood Magic+Multistrike + Added fire in no mana build or
Dual strike + Multistrike + Added fire + Melee splash in mana build.
What is better?
I watched your Atziri video and still don't understand some moments. Sometimes you tank those explosions and sometimes you run away even if you have charges in your resis flasks, why?
18 dual strike 17k dps.
20/20 cleave + 20/20 added fire 19k dps.
You use 1% resis amulet instead of 30int and you don't pick a 30int node. How do you run purity of lightning?

I'll try buying or borrowing high level Cleave from someone, i don't expect it to have higher damage output/faster clear speed then Dual Strike + melee splash, mostly because the buff it received reflects 1H or 2H builds the most, dual wielding buff was only ~5%.

Added fire. After the patch it will have a very low 120% multiplier and will provide even more damage elemental then hatred does.

I havent had time to update the thread yet because i'm recording map videos and i recorded a video with mana based version test using DS+melee splash and tested Cleave a bit in the video. I'll be uploading everything today... i think.

Marauder is unfortunately not suited for this buid anymore. If you'd like to play marauder, i suggest you take a look at some of the build in Marauder subforum.

I tweaked the tanky build around a bit to try and squeeze some more DPS out of it. By taking out 15% of HP nodes and 1% of max life regenration, I was able to instead take Fell the weak, which was worth 52% axe damage and 10% Max life. A worthy trade of 93 HP and 50 HP regen for a moderate damage increase, if I may say so myself.

Try to faceroll Pieti on Temple with 77 lvl character. Well, actually 81 lvl, but -4 nodes because of Scion start - just test mana build with my gear before respec my duelist, so it count like 77 lvl :)

Once you get better gear and level high enough, not even Shrine piety will be a problem.
