" Actually outside of the weapons your gear doesn't look that bad to me. Of course it could be that my gear is just crappy. Faster weapons, even with less elemental damage should raise your DPS. Something with 1.7+ APS ign: eksnerdion

does elemental-cleave make more damage than physical-cleave? i mean, with the new patch they have boosted physical a lot and i am not sure, if i should leave the ele-damage-nodes behind and take the axe and dual-wield-nodes instead.

Yea..think I'm gonan run purity instead of vitality because I gotta deal with my chaos resists. Got a few pieces with chaos I could swap into if I use purity.
Viper strike spiders are mean... I'm level 69 running catacombs, pretty slow going mostly np except for freeze mages with spiders aroind |

after 1 month cleaving ive just made this with my full respec for the new patch(lvl 80)
4K life(thats enough for the new patch), 7k armour, 10k+ dps, 29%block chance later i will take the 3 armour node and the 10% elementalist node, after that the leftover 6%lifers, maybe ele adaptation 5L : cleave+lifeleech+manaleech+WED+multistrike why multistrike? cause its an ias+shock build with thunderfist conc effect = higher damage multistrike = insane life+manaleech, much more chanche to shock, no radius penalty, safer boss tanking with lesser life, auto targeting 4L in thunderfist: cleave+fasterattacks+IIQ+IIR - to finish off bosses so thats all waitin for some response:) gl gear:
