1. Fox way Lvl4 EMP + 20 PoF
2. Glove/Boot way +1 glove, 20 PoF and LVL2 emp = 23

You're missing 10% lightning dmg from no quality on lightning penetration, ~19% cast speed from no cast speed on one ring and your amulet, 7% cast speed from underlevelled faster casting, 3 levels of arc compared to Fox having a 4 empower and a 21 arc. You also don't have a lot of levels and have opted to put more points into health nodes. You could probably stand to lose some 8% health nodes such as the one at start of witch tree and pick up some spell damage nodes from the start of shadow. Hell, drop the 3% cast speed node you took from Nimbleness wheel, thats not a very value node at all compared to the 16% spell dmg and 3 10% elemental damage nodes you're missing from shadow tree. I also chose to drop the 1% lightning resist node from the marauder area until I get more levels since topaz flasks can carry me through reflect anyways, and I'm not currently running Atziri (And you don't look like you are either, since you didn't take witch flask nodes.)

I have 94% fire res without lvl21 PoF/EMP lvl3, and only need 1 point 0,4% reg. I think it is not necessary, but recommended

Dont forget about Voideye + lvl18 pof = 23, and fairly cheap at that. The mana reserved isnt as bad as one thinks.

Anyone running this build on HC/Inv?

Looks extremely tanky for the amount of damage it can attain.

How does the build handle reflect in general? I know 100%+ with a topaz is the best way but, Say arcing a pack with ele ref without your topaz up (from either not hitting it or not having charges i.e a worst case scenario type of thing). What would happen? Insta-death? Near-Death? Safe?

This is pretty much my only concern with survivability at this point. Even though I am typically extremely careful when it comes to making sure what I'm attacking doesn't have reflect, shit can (and usually does) happen.

Arc is a auto target spell, so it doesnt matter if you're aiming at your grandmother.

Depends on your setup, I just lost my totem (dont use it anyway), for the rest no difference (I will put RF with enhance and Empower in my chest after the league). I put auras in my gloves and boots with empower linked to it permanently already:



So since i use flamesurge atm, all i loose after patch is some killspeed for single targets, rest is absolutely the same, and its very nice to just enter a map, cast RF and go :)

What he said its pretty much what im doing atm, i have my RF+enhance+empower in my chest atm, you could put flame surge in offhand if fighting certain bosses to make up for the single target dmg.

But imo, get vaal haste and atziri flask and the single target dps aint that bad with just arc anyway.
