Hey there, Always had a thing for Arc and now that it is buffed and apparently end game viable, I want to try your build out since it looks awesome! But I have some doubts, since I (almost certainly) never be able to afford a level 4 empower how is your dps with level 2/3 empower? I want to know assuming one of the 5 qual arcs that I am leveling will go to 21 if I'll be able to clear end game maps w/o problems. Gotta say, I really like your build and want to adapt it for HC league. Do you think it's HC viable? Do you also recommend another variant, like low life, etc.? Also, question about chance to shock, I notice you don't really go into it. Why don't you bother to get higher chance to shock, say 40% with Static Blows?
