You should be running Power Charge on Crit instead of Added Fire. This will give you a whopping 250% increased crit chance (17% in your case). Other than that you have basically no crit and no accuracy on gear, both of these will substantially increase your DPS. What is your chance to hit? You want to get it up to 90%+ if possible.
