FoxTactics "Lightning Ninja" Arc build 18k+ : No update for 1.2

Quick Q: Aren't the 3 10% Elemental Damage nodes next to Shadow start better than 3x 4% cast speed?
I tested it and tooltip DPS atleast are higher with the 10% nodes. But this was with a lvl30 char so... does this change later on?

It's because you don't have enough %ele dmg at your low level.

Cast speed is absolutely the way to go endgame.

I know i posted a negative side of this build previously with my experience trying to itemize and spend lots of time farming vs. mapping.

However I will say that it is strong even with my Empower only at lvl 1. I just do not have the time to farm currency to purchase more empowers, arcs, Arctic Armor's, and GCP's to quality them all in one month.

This build is strong vs. non physical damage stun/jumping/crit/faster attack mobs, and when I think about his RF transition, the DPS must be incomparable.

I want to remake the arc witch in the new league, but I'll need lots of currency to sustain its hunger for corrupted quality gems. This would be made easier if I understood how exalts drop out of thin air for everyone else.

Well, they don't. In my almost 2 years of playing PoE, I've never dropped an ex.
I think you just have to farm and sell your stuff alot, which I don't really manage that well either. :P
In the past I always tried to chance expensive items, which sometimes worked. Would never have gotten an Alpha's Howl otherwise for example, as I don't exactly save up my currency :P

Add shield, maybe add life if you're not comfortable, remove from inefficient cast speed nodes.

Should i still make that 4 link arc combo with emp and that helm? Or 6link would be better? And btw how about reflects in hc, you can one shot urself.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Foxtactics for the awesome build.
I started it two nights ago and am having the most fun I've had in the game so far :)

Currently rocking around with

The wands I 've been using since she got to town and I've not found better yet, I think these will keep me going until I get my hands on a pair of Moonsorrows at level 59.

I've got waiting in my stash for me to level so all I need is a bucketload of currency to buy Doryani's belt. Until that happens I'm running Life Leech just to keep me alive, although to be fair with this build there is very little thats even got near me except for those leaping barstewards and most of them are landing dead :)

So again, thank you Fox for making this game a whole lot more fun for me.

Did pause my power siphon witch and started leveling a new alt to try this spec out.
Must say I have shitloads of fun, but I got a pretty soft start out off due to uniques from the stash. Am squishy as hell since I cannot run any higher level AA yet and need to earn a few more levels until I can borrow the reduced mana gems from my other witch.

3,5k dps as level 60 atm and then I havent even bothered about gear yet. Almost using the same gear as early levels.

These items boosted my dps alot during leveling;

only awkward thing is how I oneshot myself when meeting reflect... aint even got the time to see its reflect before Im dead :P .. yet I can live with that while leveling :P
