Our first week of Open Beta
Sounds great, Chris! - It has been a very smooth release. The crashes haven't been such a big issue as some make it. Although the desync is dangerous on hardcore :/

Chris, thank you so much for your constant communication and updates. I've been having a blast in the game the last week and I can't get enough!
Since open beta started, I have seen a lot of posts about how the game is too hard, or needs an auction house, [x] nerf, etc...and I BEG you not to give in to these demands to make the game easier. One of the most amazing things about this game is how you have stayed true to your initial vision of what the game was going to be. The fact that it is a dark, gritty, cold, and unforgiving world is what sets this apart from so many other games in this genre today. | |

Excellent game - really glad to see that there are still game developers making challenging games rather than the usual hand holding rubbish.

Also props to the community. Although there have been server issues and other complaints, I've generally seen everyone remain positive, provide constructive feedback and most importantly continue to enjoy the game. |

You say you prioritize core gameplay stuff over micro-transactions, but I think you should be hiring more artists to solely work on micro-transactions so that you can have 3-4-5-6 new ones each week, would make the store more interesting and people would be waiting to see what comes out each week, it would generate way more money just because of that. The same goes for skill gems, you should try to create 2-3 new ones each week, I know you said you already have 50+ coming but again it will help keep things interesting, especially if you try to have at least 1 skill that an entire build could be created around each week.

An update from the lead developer after one week?
I'm sorry, but as a gamer who is used to Diablo 3's timetable, I feel like I should have been getting this update about 4 months from now. ;) |

Any news about Creative sound card users and our BSODs? When will we be able to play with sound?
And are there any plans for some kind of achievments or at least statistics about deaths, kills and other misc stuff that might add some juice aswell to the game? Thx :) PS: Awesome game so far I must add, good job. :) |
