" Not sure I understand the question. The build uses Warlord's Mark linked to blashpemy, so you always have Warlord's Mark and don't have to worry about casting it. " Earthquake. Sorry, disregard. I read your response a page or so back. Looks great. I had in mind many things to run to start the new HC league but now I am absolutely sold. I ran a lot of Ice Crash last league so I may switch up to either Static Strike or Earthquake. Not sure yet. I'm not really a fan of Infernal Blow's single target application.
