If you're talking about true "solo self found" then you're probably running ~69 maps not 77's and 78's like the people you're arguing with. If that's the case then you probably don't find many 200+ dps one handers. That being said, if you're not playing the high level content, I wouldn't expect to find high end items, that's just the way it is. You have the power to start finding them if you give in to paying map fees.

I'm running 73-74 maps. My character is good enough for much more, just can't find them no matter how high I alch and chaos the 74 maps.
But if you tell me that 77+ maps is what it takes to drop 200+ dps one-handers, I believe you. I just assumed that "OK'ish" weapons dropped a bit earlier.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

Ambush league has allowed me to get up to higher maps three times running solo.
Before Ambush league it took me 8 months to get up to 75 and 76 maps...
I often do map challenges with friends where we each start with 4 66 maps and see how far we can get on a Saturday.
Out of 3 attempts I reached 78 maps twice and the third attempt got stuck at 74's.
My friend reached high maps each time as well before he went to take his nap...
Boxes make a HUGE difference.

I am hoping that they won't be. Chris said they were looking at it. I know that this means nerf to 90% of us, but I'm choosing to hope otherwise. They are in a great place right now. I'd hate to see them nearly disappear.

I kinda like the boxes but i had them appear right next to one another at times which was kinda lame. They should be like a map drop. Youre overjoyed if you find one roll it and enjoy the fight.

Well I wouldn't say 77+ maps are required to find high items, but you'll definitely see them more often there. I just wouldn't tell you you have found 200 dps items because it is possible you have shit luck hahaa no insult intended.

When you stupid self found whores will understand that you can play in any league and do not trade. Don't be jealous that other people trade and have better year than you shitty scrubs.
For example I have ES char and one day I find koam's and what should I do with that armor? Stick into my ass or what in self found league?

I suspect a majority of players who remained to play D3 have no issues with the change they made and the rest left. (I fall into the latter because I left D3 the day they announced soul bound....well before RoS release)
The initial outcome of their decision is playing out right now on their forums. The truly final outcome wont be know for a bit since I believe people get bored with every item raining down upon them and very limited building.

I will say one thing for the SFL movement that I believe made D3 no longer worth playing for me; they did make me search for a new game which led me to POE. So for that, I am thankful. Hopefully GGG remains true to their core vision and doesn't ruin this game for me too since I have not enjoyed a game like this since I used to MUD (yup, I said it).
