I suppose that by the time you go CI it is preferred to have all the ES nodes? Or is it more important to have them all towards maps? If its not too much of a hassle perhaps you could write down some progressive leveling trees?

I will take a look at adding leveling trees this week. I am levleing a character on ambush now to try out the leveling portion of this build again as it was so long ago that I leveled.

I would say that you want CI when you have most of your ES nodes. You don't need all of them when taking CI, thats for sure. The decision on when to go CI is solely based on when you have the gear to go CI. That is always the age old problem with CI. It requires a bit more gear to pull off and switch over.
Entering maps you can have a few missing nodes. Once you enter 73+ maps you want all your CI nodes.

If you have awesome life gear you can always try a life variant, which I will be posting this week as well.

change to ignite + fire trap + increased burning damage + elemental prof?

Fire Trap + Concentrated Effect (huge damage increase) + Elemental Prolif + Chance to Ignite or Burning Damage. I'd probably go with chance to ignite.

If Conc effect makes the trap too small, you can put increased aoe.

Hey can you add some leveling advice? Maybe break up the passive leveling into groups of 20 levels?

I am playing the life/eb/mom/aa version. I am using empower with fire trap over increased burning damage. I am mostly copying this decision from prozon. I assume it would be better for your build to.
