Hardcore League: Templar GOD Build

Did anyone ever figure this out -> Do mace passive damage bonuses affect lightning strike IF you wield a sceptre?

From what I have read it does affect other maces but it is unclear if it affects sceptres.

This is specifically related to mace skills, not the 1 hander damage bonus skills.

OK so I have been wondering why people are getting blood magic? I only have 1K life and 50 shield. My MANA is at 230 and when I run Clarity it eats up most of it, but it keeps it loaded so everytime I use Lightning in my axe it is ready to be discharged. Fast forward to today I pick up the blood magic node and my build seems to really be suffering. I am having to constantly drink up my bottles on levels that I used to BREEZE through and never had to do a recharge for my life.

So, I am asking if I should respec Blood Magic and get it later, or what is the deal? I followed the build to the letter and as soon as I was able to get Blood Magic I did, but it seems to really be hurting my build.

Maybe I need some sort of different weapon? Different gems/support gems? I dunno? I was having a lot of fun carving through the bad guys until today. Thanks in advance for any and all support.

The thing is with blood magic u get it so early that it does indeed get harder yes. but when u advance and get more health and gear plus more passives it becomes really great im currently 67 on my templar using this build or well a modified one wich suited me better. and works well
@Stodderkonge
i get blood magic at level 42
so far i don't get any problems..

i have a lot of HP gears and accessories
life regeneration. and life leech gems, life gain on hit..

my hp at that time i think its 1.7k
i felt the power of my templar, because i can spam LS and GH.

i think you should get HP gears and life steal gems.

The thing with the Blood Magic is, when you start rushing for it straight after the Resolute Technique, you are a bit weak. Good gear helps you accommodate with the Blood Magic.

I had a slight problems in the start when I just got my Blood Magic. After getting used to it, equipping better gear and getting more skillpoints, it was a blessing for me.

Actually the more skillpoints you have to spend, the better this build becomes. So the higher level you are, the more powerful you are except the mobs you are facing which grow exponentially.

In a nutcase: Don't give up as soon as you reach the Blood Magic. Keep your titties calm.

Help!

Can some of you high level (65+) guys out there post your 1-H mace which you are having success with? Also could you post the approximate worth of said mace? Thank you!
I really like the concept of the build, and my second character, now level 25, is using this build.

1) I'm curious about the 5 points toward celestial walker, given that LS is 50/50 phys/elem and this build doesn't use a lightning totem. It's 5 points for +31% elem and +10% all resist. Does the +31% add to the weapon elemental damage support gem, if it does I could better understand the investment?

2) has anyone tried this way a spark or arc totem? for the extra shocks? or is the rejuvenation totem too critical to surviving?

3) how about inner force? are running three auras.

4) In the video, I see you using molten shell, shield charge, and what are the two curses? is that conductivity and warlord's mark? or do you just have conductivity twice?

5) Can someone discuss complementary skills? especially molten shell, is it useful?

Gona sell it now.
Kingding:
i Will not Tell You exact numbers but You should focus on
Physical damage and increased attack speed. These bonuses provide You most Power in This build.

You Will always have higher bonuses to damage from Physical weapons than from elemental and i Would say Its The Only golden rule for This build.

. For others so You can learn from my mistake!!!

dont také Oak reward on cruel and instead of That také +4attack speed OR skill point (attack speed bonus Is probably better, There isnt lot of place Where You can Invest Your point better.

difference between Physical damage bonus +12% and attack speed Is very Low With Pure Physical damage... But With attack speed You Will have better bonus from auras, elemental Rings, gloves etc... So in The end The difference in dps can be around 1%...

not saying That Its something game breaking.... But i Want to mention That.

and i Need to také IT to Know exact formula How This reward Is counted.

This rule Is not truth for everyone!!! In different builds Where You dont Invest into damage nodes so much...physical damage Will be better Option.
