[v1.7] 39k+ DPS with INFERNAL BLOW, +239% life, +6.8% regen, +145% armor, TRIPLE curses + blinds!

I am not currently playing the game, waiting for the patches to increase high level (70+) map drops.

So I really have no idea about the latest content patches (melee splash/multistrike etc)...

Very nice write up. I really like the thought and effort to make a build that is unique and fun to play, but still viable. I always like to modify builds to fit into my own playstyle, but I'm not sure how much tinkering can be done with your build. Have you tried using a blood magic support gem with your infernal blow so you can use % based auras off of your mana? I feel like purity, anger, and the % defense aura would all be fairly benificial. How much difference does anger add to your dps? I feel like with a slightly slower attack speed the flat +elemental damage wouldn't be as useful. Thansk for the guide.

Melee splash splashes explode the stuff, try it out, it's hilarious.

Still, the original issue remains. High level map drops are too far and few. No real intensive to play the game atm.

Partially yes, 50% of the infernal blow DPS (skill description) comes from physical damage, although after the fire based modifiers, the physical damage portion is minimal.

I chose this build to start playing the game with because of the great write up and the unusually build.

I'm level 58 now and I have to thank you for taking the time to write the build.

although a lot of that was like a different language to me when I first started, I'm having a great time in this game.

The hardest part is finding the equipment to play this build correctly. The gear you have is insanely expensive but I will get there soon.

I just finished the 5L infernal blow on my torso and the next big save up is for a new 2hander with 5L.

Uh, doesn't it apply before the conversion? Just like melee phsysical mods do?
