Do you think a Lightning Coil would be an acceptable chest? I happen to have one and do not have a Koam's. I guess balancing the lightning resist might prove difficult however.

Lightning coil is a fantastic choice and essentially gives you 6 more sockets to work with and possibly better than a 6 link evasion chest with life resist if you can make up the resist elsewhere. It is very easy to give lightning resists if you devote your rings/amulet/gloves to it.

I will post a budget version and alternate version(using coil) sometime later.

I'm not sure but still... mayby here my LC (legacy) 6l can find decent eva 6l replacement?

I'm having an issue with curse on hit + assassins mark + herald of ice. It does not seem to ever apply the curse. I'm wondering what I might be doing wrong.

Does the HoI have to come first in the chain of gems?

The link order does not matter at all. Keep in mind it will only proc if you kill a mob and also proc HoI's explosion to nearby foes. The power charge generation will occur even if the mob dies from the explosion.

It works best vs large packs and when you can reliable kill mobs within 1-2 volleys.

Where is all the regen coming from? Not a ton is taken in the tree, is the rest from the boots?

why both Lightning Arrow AND Tornado Shot? Both are good, but when would you need one and not the other.

Blood dance gives 1 per frenzy charge so 7% with 7 charges and there are several large nodes on the tree and all of this will scale off your life pool. At 6000 health, 10% life regen is 600 health per second.

LA is better at clearing large packs and can be offscreened whereas tornado shot is better at single target. For map bosses I swap LA for TS and TS for frenzy if that makes sense since you normally only generate frenzy charges on kill due to blood dance.

If you somehow had nearly infinite dps, split arrow can be used as it covers the most area.

Can you still run 3 auras?

Even with alpha's howl and getting the 2 reserved mana nodes (-12% both), wouldnt you still need another 4% to run 2 wrath anger and herald of ice?
