Well, you can give it to me, and I can demonstrate it how you can use the fishing rods. If I try to explain it to you, it would require roughly around 2,500 pages worth of instructions. ;)

@OP: it's supposed to be some sort of super-secret fishing thing, from what I gathered, it's elaborate trolling. Probably. You have to be realistic about these things.

So far, it seems like they're mostly used for trolling.
And they really should have changed that first mod to "Lure of the siren". |

Oh wow, I've been away for a very long time. It's the first time I saw that rod, did a bit of searching and from the looks of it someone paid $1000 for a useless rod and a god damn good flavor text..
