Well, you can give it to me, and I can demonstrate it how you can use the fishing rods. If I try to explain it to you, it would require roughly around 2,500 pages worth of instructions. ;)

@OP: it's supposed to be some sort of super-secret fishing thing, from what I gathered, it's elaborate trolling. Probably. The Wheel of Nerfs turns, and builds come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the build that gave it birth comes again.

Oh wow, I've been away for a very long time. It's the first time I saw that rod, did a bit of searching and from the looks of it someone paid $1000 for a useless rod and a god damn good flavor text..
