How are we suppose to keep our dex up in early levels, so that we can use bows?

3) Well each additional Frenzy Charge gives you +5% attack speed. Generally it is worth it, but not quite if you need to invest more than 1 point in it (unless you are using the Frenzy Charge node to travel across to another part of the tree, in which case it's a bonus). 1 point = 5% attack speed is a good trade.

just noticed Ice shot CONVERTS 40% of physical dmg to cold where as burning arrow ADDS +30% fire dmg. and at a cheaper mana cost.

So burning arrow seems to be better for boss at low lvl?


For frenzy, i will be spending 2 pts because of how the path is:
+18% freny duration, then +1 frenzy charges

i'm leaning no to 2pts, especially if i'm aiming for Elemental hit?

for single target:
elemental hit>burning arrow>ice shot?

for aoe:
lightning strike>split arrow?
and fork or chain?
The frenzy is something i have fallen in love with i havn't tried EH but i enjoy a fast attacking bow user more then anything and i got a frenzy gem with 11% quality and i get 7% AS per charge according to the wiki, would 4 points be a good deal for 2 additional frenzy charges or just keep at 3 charges and pick a 4th one up when i do bandits at merciless?

i would drop the 2 8% projectile damage nodes the fitness node and the 4% AS node to get these charges and take these if i get more points then what the build have laid out.

Im to new at the game to say if this is a good use of points or not.
I personally am using ele hit+ faster attacks+ life leech + ele dmg. Works wonders if you have a good bow and lots of ele dmg mods

Just get a light quiver which has +40 Dex and an onxy amulet. This way you can get a good amount of dex early on. You can also spec into the +30 Dex node which is near Blood magic and respec out of it later on. At lvl59 I'm sitting at around 300 Dex so bows are no problem anymore ;)

I would say
Single Target: Elemental Hit > Frenzy > Ice Shot > Burning Arrow

Aoe: Lightning strike > Split arrow and Chain > Fork

we use Chain + LMP + Faster attacks + fork? is chain+fork good?

For LA you should use Chain + LMP + FasterAttacks + Life on Hit / Life Leech as stated in the first post. With Life on Hit you gain more than enough life to spam LA

gear: gloves/boots/ring/helm/etc

if you're lvl 12, you can use the dex quiver. +30 to +40 dex
until then, just go melee

why ice shot over burning arrows? ice shot just converts some psycical dmg to cold.
burning arrow ADDS 30% dmg.

as for LA vs Split arrows, i've found split arrows better for lower levels. it costs less mana.
hope to get blood magic in 2 lvls, then will switch to LA or RoA.

i assume RoA + Life on hit = LOTS of health vs a zoo? (which is great with blood magic)
