[Guide][HC] Fite's Detonate Dead Build (Scion/Templar/Witch)

Here is my gear atm:) I am lvl 94 in Ambush atm, have 6,5k life, 9k armor with Dicipline and 3k mana (900 unreserved), 350 pr.sec regen with top defensive gear. Running lvl 26 AA, it works so well. I use different gear setups for MF and adapting to map mods (elm refl.maps need more defense f.ex)

Hi guys, I'm curious for opinions on using desecrate on: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Voideye

Am I missing something or would that be quite powerful?

U just need a lvl 19 desecrate (lvl 100 corpse), after that it does only more chaos dmg.

But I'm level 44, wouldn't that be very good for leveling?

Corpses created by Desecrate are capped by area level.

Hi, i am playing this build for a few weeks and i have much fun with it. Especially in the end game maps. I only would recommand to start as Templar, not as Scion

What are peoples thoughts on Doryani's Catalyst with this build?

I know it's damage increase is pretty insane but that also makes reflect even more dangerous. Hear many stories of people reeping with a cata due to ref with DD.

So far I'm loving how resistant this build is to reflect, I don't run LL that often and with a ruby up (and sometimes even without a ruby if its a small pack) I can DD decent size packs and get no return damage.



I know reflect is mostly a player issue, as in seeing it and using a fire trap/buddies to kill it.


So yeah,is Doryani's a good idea in a HC setting?

I prefer +gem lvl, AA is too good. My dream is still the perfect opal *.* +2 cold +1 gem 30% fire, mana reg, base mana.

Doryani's Catalyst is good, but again I'm still using the supreme truth for +1 and xp. The clear speed is kinda the same, maybe just in an enfeeble + no curse map.

About reflect ye the build is pretty resilient. More u progress with gear and gems, less reflect is a problem. so Imo in hc aim to a 26 AA

Excellent build. I play this templar. I just start using this build in merciless (play searing bond/fireblast in normal/cruel ofcourse) and the clear speed is crazy. Only targets that take a little time are uniques with fire res or other pesky mods. Some said that for them, build came alive in act2 merciless, or even act3. For me it worked okey in ledge, around 53 level, but started really taking off from there with every level up and gem skill. Now farming fellshrine until 60 and clear speed is just stupid, like huge packs go down with a single cast. Not much to say about that. Granted that area works perfectly for this build but still.

I use cloak of defiance, will use rime gaze at 65. This + progressing in tree towards shaper and some life/mana nodes will surely give me huge mana and regen. Probably I will try high level arctic armor, not going to use grace. Instead I use perandus buckler for nice 40% block. This means with cloak's MoM I will have some decent defense for so little expense or trouble. As I am super noob with super little currency it is my goal to make life/regen and mana/regen big as possible to take full advantage of this. I still use aurum vorax for now because it's easy solution for res and damage is great regardless. Goal is ofcourse to get the more awesome gear when I get more currency but point is, it is very powerful noob char too. Should be great first char to start mapping with, very nice.
