Wait, does this mean we are actually getting a big dmg skills, similar to cool down skills in other arpg games, but here you dont wait for cool down, but kill shit so you can stack more dmg?
This is one of the problems i have with PoE, very little big epic, no spam skills, and hope this will fix it. So like cool down skills but without a cool down? :) | |
