Well the Path of Exile IRC is running now at irc.freenode.net #pathofexile but it's pretty quiet in there. We could put a channel on there or start one up on Rizon if you guys don't think the PoE one will get much action. Available to mediate cross-league trades and mirror services. Can all members Log into webchat.freenode.net - a webpage based IRC chat so no install etc, if you dont have an IRC client already. The channel name is "#pathofexile". If possible make this a favorite/startup page. There was a guild meeting last night where a few of us outlined a basic structure and direction for the guild in future.
