Am currently looking at purchasing the domain name.

Server
I have unlimited/full admin use of a server (thanks to my work) so we need not worry about hosting and bandwidth.
It is running Windows Server 2008 r2 x64, has a full enterprise version of MSSQL and is running IIS 7.5.
At the moment it has 8gigs of Ram, 2Tb HDD and a 3.4 Quad Core Xeon CPU.
We have exclusive use of the server - no one else will be using it - so it should do for now :D


Website
Looked at using a freebie generated "clan website" like guild-portal, enjin, etc but they really look like crap and I wouldnt have full functionality in the back end incase GGG takes my advise and release ingame data via webservices to incorporate clan player stats etc into the clan website.

Instead the website is based on the ASP.NET MVC-based CMS "Orchard".
This will provide quick setup of user account/profiles, page security, events/calenders and news etc.
It will also allow for full code access, pure asp.net pages (and the like) incase we do need some integration or develop extra CMS plugins such as a ladder control etc.


So thats it for now, those online tonight may even get to view the website, login etc (via the IP Address - if not domain name)
