passive tree I didnt follow your tree to the teeth. went with more crit chance and damage just from the start to speed up leveling. I will probably remove adder's touch area and respec with more health and finish the phase acrobatics area. mana is not an issue when you have a the crit recharge mana pot. running 2 auras with this build is not an issue grace/hatred and purity of elements. Just have to spam that mana pot pretty much at the start of every fight. only concern I have is how does thid build do in the higher level maps like 72+ maps. as i have not do them yet. does this build work better in a group or solo leveling during higher maps? |

GMP has the added benefit of more spectral throw projectiles too, which procs more crits and by extension casts your spells more often, which leads to higher damage than LMP simply because you crit more.
But LMP definitely has merit (especially when you're regen based instead of flask based), I just prefer GMP. |

General question but TK seems like an active poster so I'll probably get a good answer here before general.
Is the "increased global critical chance" implicit mod of daggers already included in the %crit shown on the dagger? < I was only looking for 80% implicit daggers at first, but looking at daggers on poe.xyz and I don't understand how a platinum kris with 80% implicit and 25% inc crit chance has 9.1% while a slaughter knife with 40% implicit and 34% inc crit chance has 9.14%. Looking at this it seems like the implicit is not factored in, or if not I guess they adjust the base crit value of every dagger so they all end up having approx. 6-7% after implicit? | |

If you want to tweak the tree, rather do it more defensive. Build works in groups and solo all the same (good) - you are usually safer in group unless grouped with noobs. You will be able to play whatever maps you can acquire, some mods are drag thou - most are doable but some (reduced resources regen, reflect, temp. chains) will slow you down and force you to swap spell selection. Some map bosses will (as usually) be a problem - I've already wrote about this on earlier pages so browse the thread. Nice gear, your second ring is crap thou. Namcap Tbh- I'm not sure. But my guess is same as your's - it doesn't. That is why you should accept only 60 or 80% daggers, most of us do same. That is why 80% daggers are always more expensive - crafted daggers and mirror daggers are almost exclusively this type. Btw numbers you've quoted don't mean much, because every dagger has base crit value. If you want to be sure, you must find same item with no crit modifiers. And yes, explicit non global modifiers are shown on dagger, naturally. Elk That is correct, still relatively speaking weak side of this build could be single target damage output, group output is always crazily high. You know that multiple ST missiles cannot crit on same target? So if you actually want to capitalize on missile number you need to attack 5 or more targets, spread widely enough for your cone. One thing i like about GMP is badass look of spell tsunami, but when you find immortal pack then even the strongest ring will have problems, especially with spells like arctic breath and those damn ice ground spikes. Full tree:
Link So from my last acro tree i would grab life cluster across the bloodthirst, ondar's guile for defense. Later, more att speed from blinding speed, less dps imo then raw proj damage but more consistent dps. Then just proj damage at start of each tree and ele damage. Right now I am starting end game maps and I feel a bit sqquishy as my resists are low... This is because I am using I have fallen in love with this ring, I always have full health and full mana, I don't have to worry about anything, but my resist are terrible... What are your opinions on this ring, what changes should I make to keep using it? I was hoping I would get lucky and find some awesome resist gear but that may take while. My resists are currently 69 46 40...
Also at the start of the shadow skill tree you can either take projectile damage or elemental damage, but the elemental damage values seem a lot higher wouldn't these be better, or just take both? Last edited by Kkorb on Mar 22, 2014, 9:38:54 AM

I'm usually taking projectile damage because it works with most spells and EK, but taking whatever is OK, just mind which spells count as projectile /elemental.
As about ring, yes, I'm afraid this build has issues with life leech, I mean you could always use gem but it's more elegant to solve this via gear, unfortunately berek's ring is league exclusive, now rare and expensive (and does not exist in new leagues) and ring like your's has massive drawbacks. Since we're using tabula most of our gear should be heavily defensive. I'm using most of crit jewelry but using defensive would be OK too, build wouldn't lose too much of it's hit power, it would be barely noticeable. Further more I'm also sacrificing one passive to get 6% all resist, but if need be you could and should invest two more to grab additional cold /lightn. resi. (above charisma) I was lucky grabbing ele resi dagger (lol) but that was quite uncommon and unexpected. You could use purity with additional purity element aura, some combination because as you know, mapping without resi capped is not best idea, elemental and spell sensibility will be a death of you. Difference between 50 and 75% is lot bigger then it seems. oh, really approciate it! Thanks! Also id like to highlight that dagger is dex/int item if my sources are correct so it might be incredibly hard to get RRR on dagger, i wasted like 400 chromatics. Just saying so future build followers wont get mad :D

If you are having problems with socket colors do what I always do - improvise.
CwDT really prefers red sockets, true but RRB could work as well, just use skellies summon instead of decoy totem. Cold snap could work as well. IGN STD Ajax_Deadeye| Nathaniel_Corwin| Itane_Shira| Tetra_Mayani| Arkanis_Gath
