Emergency Downtime - FIXED

Yesterday I got kicked from the server because of the downtime. Although it sucks, I know it's for the best. Thank you GGG for your dedication and effort!

Some of the best dev's on the planet glad to take the ride with you all.. Nice to see some people in the gaming industry actually care as to what the community has to say.

Nevermind :D I'll wait as long as I have to, because this game is so awesome. I'm not going to uninstall PoE, no matter how hard it'll be annoying with bugs :) You guys are GREAT :) I was planning to buy D3, but... ^^ ... I think I save my money for something else :)

When we couldn't log in to D3 (which was like most of the time), we got
- A completely random error message
- No explanation or announcement on the website(s)
- No word from the dev team, aside from the service desk reassuring us that they're working on it a few hours later, without an ETA
- No public excuses
- No explanation for the cause and the way it was solved
- Downtime: hours, days,...

When PoE is a bit unstable, we get
- A clear error message in the game client
- An immediate announcement on the website
- An immediate explanation from the lead developer himself
- A thorough explanation of what went wrong
- Constant accurate and honest status updates
- Downtime: half an hour ?

This is the way to go guys. Once again, astonishing work. I didn't even mind the minor problems and the downtime. In fact, it got me doing some of those things I'd been postponing all weekend ;)
