Thanks for the update chris.. i'd rather wait till you guys fixed it than to play with a dc every 20 minutes, it was getting quite annoying, but completely understandable. 70,000 is very impressive this game has come along way.

I for one would buy this game if it came to that since: free = many players = cheap players = server load = ppl pissed off+problems on the dev side = maintenance costs go up = trouble to balance cost vs profit.
So, fix it, I'm rlly not going to hurry with this game, it's where it should be (except group loot :p). I just hope my 1st pro gear drop won't get "2sec rerolled into oblivon" :p. Gz on the numbers I guess and also my hopes go out to you that you get this fixed w/o big problems. Also, big congrats on Dark Forest. It actually feels like a dark forest! The feel of d2 is back but with a PoE flavor! /bow Cheers P.S. Ive been playing this game for a year no and everytime this happens they come back stronger. The 1st time it happened when I was playing it was at 10000 people the community has grown so much since then

for the HC players; servers will most certainly make a little rollback, so your characters are not dead because of server down :)

Wow. This is getting pretty darn intense. Never seen this kind of thing on a newly hatched open beta, but mostly because it's an indie game.
Keep up the work. And take your time with the server capacity upgrade :) |
