That's right, however i think it won't be enough to shock Rares/Bosses, or even high hp Magics. Couldn't test it since i have no q Added Light and am out of funds currently.

Sorry, not planning to update any of my builds for 1.3. THis build in particular got hit hard, it's better to just go lifebased Incinerate now, and for that you should be able to find countless 1.3 guides in the forum.

If you wanna stick with this one though, you should do something like this:


Switch out Grace with Determination, and get Armour on gear. To answer your indirect question, do not use Point Blank with Incinerate as it does nothing. Point Blank explicitely states Projectile Attacks, and Incinerate is a spell.
