I meant to say would it be worth it after i have linked it and respecced out of the fire nodes and got the nodes near ZO then go to get heart of oak after that.

Here is my gear

My resists are pretty much max atm with this gear

EDIT: Im also constantly trying to upgrade my gear all the time

Once you upgrade helmet, shield, gloves and belt you should be able to safely spec into CI. Until that point, get down to Heart of Oak first and run Merveil/Vaal/Piety, wherever you can safely hunt some better gear.

Hey

Great Build&Guide so far! Playing it in Ambush and having quite a good time with it!
So my question is if i should use the Searing Touch i dropped.(totally happy about it,my first big unique in ambush so far) Its item level is 28, so it can only be 4-linked.

The other option in my opinion is to sell it and aquire gear that will build towards the endgame character.
So basically, should i sell it or use it?
Thanks for all answers!

Grats for your drop! Searing Touch is good DPS-wise for leveling, but you will give up the defenses of a shield, and the shield block nodes we take in the beginning won't work.

I'd say, if you can't afford a Crest of Perandus already, sell the ST to buy one and keep the rest of currency for later.

Hi,
First i want to say it's really nice build. I read it and i have a question for the MF version. You say it's better to use wondertrap boots but you can't have the 100% increase rarity on low life because with CI you cannot be on low life (1 is your maximum life). Am i wrong or miss something?
Thank you.
level 60 currently i hope I can go CI soon the chaos uniques at invasion league are very very scary and I have to be very careful with 800HP
@corwin44: Hey, glad you like it! Can't really find where i recommended Wondertrap, but if i did, it was a mistype and i meant Goldwyrm of course.

@vip08: That does sound scary! You could try alching some Vaal Regalias (or the lower base) and hope for a high enough ES piece, which would allow you to go CI already until you can find a good Saintly Chainmail with high enough ES.

I'm thinking about trying this build to MF, but do you think it can survive the Invasion Bosses with MF gear on?

Also, how do you level the way shown in the progressions without any life nodes? I feel like you'd get one hit constantly.

That highly depends on your MF gear. I'd highly recommend don't gimp yourself too much through MF gear, especially switching to Wheel for culling is too risky. Stay at Piety, evade her light spells and cold attacks and you should be fine.
Can't say if it will survive ALL invasion bosses in full mf, i'd recommend warp away from the more risky ones.

As for leveling, you will get lots of life throug hearly taken Strength nodes. The armour nodes in Marauder area used to have additional Life% which helped with leveling, unfortunately this was changed now. I highly recommend, if you feel you lack too much life while leveling, take some of the life nodes which are on the way.

SO you say the best farm sport for this build would be Piety?

With bad gear, yes. She can drop decent upgrades and is relatively easy. Once you can, go for Dominus, though i would not recommend that in a HC league - there's always a risk while switching to your cull setup.
