yes but im building it right now, im lvl 60ish and I just wanna test out how a pure summoner build is like

1. Is this Cloak of Defiance so powerful or can i use a non-legacy-koams + 100-life-shield instead? That would be more life and i could use a lot of iiR gear.

2. How is it with Doedre's Damning for +1 curse instead of the +1 curse from tree? That would be 6 free Skillpoints

3. How can Donald kill the Djungle Valley Boss when he has almost no chaosresistance?

1. 40% MoM is pretty damn strong if you have a chunk of mana pool left over to back it up. Kaoms would be a bad idea, no sockets and summoners really need sockets.

2. viable option. windscream as well.

3. Prob as a relatively decent life pool, instant life potion, and 40% MoM actually protects you from chaos as well.

Like goat said, this builds going to be dead once the next update rolls around, same goes for my current build too =/.

These builds are still viable without snapshotting (well, not this once since its main appeal was snapshotting, but yours especially since we have an intact tree to work with). I have a level 83 spectral build (slight variation in that I use alpha's howl and aurumvorax and had to stack a healthy heap of DEX for the helm. not using agility or alacrity though) in ambush right now and I never used snapshot.

burning miscreants are bad now i would use evangelists if your going to go summoner.

what skill u use to set off elemental equilibrium?

after the new updated, I can't help but feel like this guide is outdated. Snapshot was removed from game

This guide has been outdated for almost half of a year now (if not longer). Best to just let it go and leave the necroing in-game :P
