He sold the Items to [Removed by Admin] (well known crafter) so [Removed by Admin] could tell us about that. Then another friend later cornered him and he admitted to stealing the items and RMTing the currency he got from [Removed by Admin]. We have that on video. That's how we know.

Sounds like you have went to support with a scam complaint with no evidence(chat logs and/or pics of the conversation)
Have later found out that it may have been RMT'd and tried again with no "proof" and don't like the result.

There is no backlog since they don't deal with this kind of thing. Like mentioned by the op.

It's funny since it became apparent in the recent interview with Chris by Aux and Heg that they have the possibility to follow items.

Really your friend shouldn't be giving out amounts of ANYTHING that he would just then quit the game for not receiving back later,

it's just common sense.

if i was you thought i would be appealing to the crafter to work something out, maybe try and give the crafter your/friends word you will pay back debt if u get mirror lucky ect???


it kinda burns that a "well known Crafter" who probably has thousands of ex/et wouldn't be willing to work something out when they knew what happened tbh,

otherwise what exactly is this crafter accruing all this wealth for if not RMT :/

We contacted the crafter he is willing to give the items back to my friend for 5,5 mirrors. (bro deal he usually would take 6 mirrors!) There you go. Our guess is that he payed ~3 Mirrors to get them from MR. RMT

Its not the crafters fault though. He isnt forced to give out for free
