I actually Quitted because of this.

I always thought GGG had a good customer service. Well apparently they don't and that's kind of the reason I'm not logging into this game anymore.

A friend of mine got betrayed by someone who we thought would be a friend by an amount of around 400 Exalts (by wanting to try his best gear parts), well his fault ofc but he could proof everything and mailed GGG. They said that they gave that to the account staff.

That's all they did. The person is still running around for two weeks now although we even have a video of the person admitting what he did and multiple other persons that can proof what exactly happened.

I don't want to log into this game anymore knowing that this person, a real asshole (sorry, but he really is, we mapped so long together with him always trusted him 100% and then he just steals my friends gear, sells it and RMT's the currency) is still in the game and will be for ever.

Work on your customer service especially regarding BANS because of RMT / Scamming.

kkthxbye

a person who has more than 80+ days ingame time and wasted a lot of money on mtx and supporter packs.

---> The problem is not that he got scammed the problem is that a scammer AND obvious and prooven RMTer is still in this game. And GGG doesn't do anything about it.

He sold the Items to x (well known crafter) so x could tell us about that. Then another friend later cornered him and he admitted to stealing the items and RMTing the currency he got from x for the items. We have that on video. That's how we know.

Nah its his own fault for trusting people on the internet, lesson learned better luck next time.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You got hardcored!

Sorry for your mate, but this community will eventually turn total crack whore shits over time due to the nature of the game, any asshole can defend himself with the "game is cutthroat bro, you just are not" defense.

Having value's and not being willing to betray them net's you exactly 0 value in this game.
As is demonstrated by the market that constantly is on the look out for new players to enter the game and scam etc.

Edit :

That is so flawed. "on the internet" really? He got fucked cause he trusted a human, be it on the internet or not. And i feel sorry for everybody spouting this retarded stance or view.
Like it is something that needs encouragement for future generations lmao.

Your stance promotes that this is a "normal" result of human interaction. Lmao.
I would love to meat the guy doing this in real life, i'm guessing he's the guy with the two black eyes and broken ribs?

"I Actually Quit..."
There is a secure trading window. If you do cross-trading (across leagues) it's all your problem if something goes wrong, GGG always said that much. So don't put the blame on them now, it's almost for sure only your own problem. Swallow your pride and admit your own mistakes. How you could trust a stranger with something worth 400 ex is beyond me.
You surely read the thread well humperding /lol

Wait... What? 80 in game dayz, and 400 ex worth of gear?

I seriously need to know your secrets!

On topic: I feel bad for you and your friend. And I feel sad for the human race, when there are no consequences for things like this.

"It's your own fault" - Yes, maybe, but that doesn't mean that the idiot didn't do anything wrong. In game scamming has become "ok" in so many eyes, and it makes me sick.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
GGG are in no way obligated to reimburse your friend with currency or his items that he willingly gave away.

This has absolutely nothing to do with customer service and everything to do with yours and his perception of what should be done to cover his stupidity in trusting a stranger.

Your friend only has himself to blame for this, despite it being a dick move by who ever it was you traded the item/s to, there was nothing technically "wrong" with what he did.

And how is he a proven RMT'r? did the items turn up on an RMT site and if so how would you know unless you or your friend RMT?
