It's also one of the least valuable stats when people sell you something. You're gonna link me some noob build that takes 10 mana passives as evidence now? You linked me a 1000% legacy 29k dps as proof? Your comparing a tanky build to a 100% squishy dps build? I'm pointing out that your 100% squishy build for dual strike didn't really prove anything. Also that posting RANDOM builds with "dps" numbers as your critique for how much an item is worth is stupid. You literally already answered my question, I gave you builds and reasoning on why soul taker can be valued to a number of people and gave you builds that made it very functioning late game. If we go by the base item itself being 10 exalts, you already said yourself you don't think the item itself is worth more then what the damage of the item gives you. That's fine, other people happen to think the passive is really good and pay alot more for the passive.
