Yea, it is viable.
But generally I'm fan of mana leech from gear. You save your socket in 5L.
BTW: If you can afford 5L, you will surely afford Wurm's Molt, which will solve all your problems with life and mana.

starting to have spare points no idea what route to go, or where to spend them...

There are three ways that are good:
Armor build (Uses some respecs to move resists to more efficient nodes. Continues by getting the life nodes near iron reflexes)
Pure life (Doesn't continue well. Possibly by getting rid of blood magic and getting inner force.)
Life regen (Also respecs to better resist nodes. Continues by finishing the life nodes in the center)

These are primarily meant for inspiration, and I haven't looked to see if they're properly optimized.

regarding Wurm's Molt: wouldn't it make more sense to try to get a normal 2% life and mana leech ring with some resis or more hp?


Also can someone suggest the +10% max hp belt? Meginord's Girdle

That's true what you are talking about. I don't believe news will get such rings. Belt maybe is more expensive, but for sure easier.

I personally don't like Meginord's Girdle, because not only he was Kaom's opponent, but he was stronger. Hopefully cataclysm killed him.
Generally 100 hp belt (easy one on leather) gives you more HP tha 10% from Meginord

Iron Reflexes + Unwavering Stance
Yes, they work together and create AWESOME combo.

Ok so now I'm 75 and that's my passive tree

I'm using Anger, Wrath, Determination and Grace auras and atm my damage is 10k Heavy Strike and 4.5K Ground Slam. I wonder if it's worth taking +50% total elemental damage (3 nodes). Will it work with the wrath aura for instance? Would it boost my dps in any way?

that's my current build: (lvl 72)


going to spend the next 10 points into:
-30 Dex
-30 Str
-+58% HP

Yes, Auras (Hatred, Wrath, Anger) and Added Physical Damage Gem work with both Catalyse, pure elemental nodes and Lava Lash.
I've lost somewhere my notes, so I was tell how much they will boost your damage.
BTW: Consider using Hatred.
