1.3 [Newbie Friendly] GROUNDSLAMMER BUILD

As far as I know armor is inefficient because bigger the hit is armor provides less and less reduction while endurance charges always provides 5% dmg reduction per charge. I think that with iron reflexes evasion rate conversion to armor is 1 evasion - 2 armor, so its better to take armor with evasion.

Noobie question - Does the "Buff Duration" nodes help with Endurance Charge duration?

Go equipment that brings you highest life bonus. Even if it is energy shield piece.

We need defense aganist high-physical damage critters. Armor does not work against them, because of it's damage relation.

Unfortunatelly no.
Keep in mind, that you will start using Endurance Charges by the end of curel. If your equipment sucks earlier.

ty ninjaArab for ur nice reply. I only use end cry x2, leap, ground slam and heavy strike. Other gems are for later use!

I noticed the build suggests using a couple green gems. Are most people doing this...how are they keeping their dex high enough to use them? Was the suggestion for the green gems part of the old Iron Reflexes build I've seen people refer to near the beginning of the thread?

And what is bullshit about it? I did not say that armor or iron reflexes works against big physical crits I just mentioned conversion rate of Iron reflexes to previous post, who asked if its better to take evasion armor, which obviosly is with this conversion rate.

i just use sweep, leap slam and heavy strike as main skills and i am in middle of cruel and i have absolutely NO problems going through!

i Stopped playing my marudeur at lvl 13 because i didnt like it but with this guide this changed!!!

I'm actually lvl 63 and following ur build :) I'm in a2 merci and farming it a bit with some slowly progress. My actually gear is:



As long i wont do something stupid (like jumping into 20 lighting mages <ouch>) i dont die and gameplay is pretty easy, with warlord mark and endurance cry i can keep my endurance stacks pretty easly, or get them fast if i lose them.

I only have question, what items gives endurance charges, since i got only 6 now, and soon gonna have 7th from bandits, but still miss 2 :)

4%damage,2%attack speed node vs 8%damage node ?
