So its inevitable that my Cyclone is not proccing anything. Check 2:42, 3:49, 5:52 of the Gorge video. I obliterated the yellows in less than 1-2 hits respectively. And let's not forget that I'm not even using Hatred to boost my EK's DPS. This build crits way too much for Romira's to be effective.
