I use a Reduced Duration Gem. Its 19/20 and reduces the Duration by 53%.
in my Offense Tab it says i cast 4,2 times a second.

The Base-Duration of the gem is 90 Seconds. 47% of that is 42,3 Seconds.(90/100)*47
So if i cast 4,2 in a Second i cast 2,961 Times in my Duration of 42,3 Seconds. 42,3*(4,2/60)

So i thought if i reach 3 Casts in my Duration of 42,3 the tooltip damage would go up. I respect some Points in the Passive tree and reached 3,1 Cast in 42,3 Seconds.

But the Tooltip does not change.

Is there a Cap for Castspeed with this spell? Or where is the mistake in my thoughts?

Hi for spells what you see in the tooltip is not the DPS it is the Avg. DMG to calc your dps you have to take that Avg. DMG and see how often you cast it per second so only reducing your cast speed will not effect the Avg. DMG.

Is it possible to use a Soul Mantle Spidersilk Robe to get a third totem? If so, does your lvl 20 spell totem override the built in lvl 14 spell totem stat? Do you even recommend going this route?

For whatever reason, I'm REALLY having a hard time getting the totems to detonate when I want to. I'll explain:

I'll cast two totems within large packs of enemies, just as you did in your videos. But when I forcefully create a 3rd totem, none of the totems detonate on cue. The totems will sometimes detonate if I have zombies currently attacking something within the blast radius of the totems. But a lot of times, none of them activate. How do you proc the totems to detonate so well? I'm honestly confused despite how specific your guide was. Any other pointers you could add?

Hi.
What do you guys think about my scion version? could be cool to have a scion dual totem flameblaster. Its going to be pretty hard to level since i dont have any good life clusters avalible and i have to get to both ancestral bond and CI pretty fast via the intelligence notes. Could end up really nice though.
What are your experience with mana. Do you need a lot to continuously cast totems, traps and curses - and have the auras.

i have gone without any crit notes because i want to be able to cast more traps and curses instead of ice spears and dont find crit effective without power charges.

I have played a dual spork build and found myself almost never using ice spear because i didn't have time for it.

Also i have taken 4 minion notes which will give more life and up to 5 minions in stead of 3. Extra meat shield never hurts.

What do you think about my ideas?

Maybe yes maybe no. But for me there is a certain feeling to blow up the entire screen with flame blast just like discharge. But like the author says you can use both at any time. Just replace some support gems.

Respecced my old sporker to this build and i must say it's been a blast to play. You do have to play defensively but you learn rather fast and it's very rewarding to blow up some boss or pack that is almost one screen away.

Poor torture chamber map boss didn't stand a chance :)
Quite the boss killer this build.

Only using 1 curse flammability so far. Been contemplating adding a second curse via the unique boots. Probably critical weakness or ele weakness.

I replaced increased burning damage with fire pen gem. And also replaced ele proliferation with increased crit multiplier gem. Feels like i am doing more damage this way. Also felt more logical to add as much damage as possible to the blast rather than spreading some burning. But i dunno.

Picked up some more crit passives as well. I don't see why not.
