Just wanted to say I appreciate you deciding to change the microtransaction removal fee. When I first read it I was a little disappointed. But wasn't going to complain. I don't mind the increase in potential prices to be honest. something came to mind concerning hardcore characters.

if a hardcore character dies, do we lose the effect or does it remain on the account?
that is pretty much my only concern with cosmetics.

You can then reclaim the effect in softcore and it will get added to your microtransaction stash. Then you can apply it to things in the hardcore league again. Just be sure not to delete your character immediately after it dies =p
