[1.0.3] Evantis's Poison arrow build: 4978 chaos damage per second

My thoughts on using the new DoT passives led to the idea of using two weapon sets - 1) a bow 2) a melee 1h + shield - being able to make a build that takes advantage of Poison Arrow and additionally Viper Strike. I liked the idea of dealing DoT with both skills at the same time.

I created this skill tree before I started over(I'm currently only lvl15) with some more resists and a bit of life and mana reg. I started as a Duellist.

I wasn't conviced this build could work really good sometime but after reading this thread I get a feeling of what else needs to be included to make it viable.

Does projectile damage also affect the cloud damage? Or does it only affect the impact damage?
Does conc effect even work on Poison arrow? When i link it with mine, all it does is decrease the AoE of the cloud. there is no change in the damage on the tool tip nor does it seem like the cloud does more damage. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Right now im doign 79.6 damage with the cloud using the chaos passives and Q slower projectiles. When i add conc effect i should get a 50% increase in damage to the cloud's damage so in theory at least 39.8 more damage. I could be so small that i dont notice it but still it doesnt seem like i am getting that kind of damage with conc effect.

Seriously i need to know if this is correct or not. The mana cost isnt justifiable if it isnt doing anything.

Concentrated Effect works with PA, the tooltip is broken, as always.

Iron Grip doesn't, it increases physical damage.

I'm not sure about Point Blank working with DoT.
Does the projectile weakness curse make enemies take more damage from the poison clouds?

yeah it would seem that conc effect does in fact work. I had issues seeing the damage at such low levels but now im a large amount of damage with the poison cloud i can see the conc effect increase a lot more clearly.

I've been experimenting with putting windscream on this character to be able to curse both project weakness and vulnerability. I think that would be a decent damage increase, though maybe the ring would be a better choice.
Iron Grip, no because it affects tagged physical damage

Projectile weakness and projectile damage, they should as GGG themselves used it as an example in the 1.0.2 patchnotes

Conc effect works as others have stated, the tooltip is broken but you can test it out yourself and see good results.

Point blank doesn't work as it affects projectile attack damage as a specific tag (no double dip on puncture too :()

Pierce would be iffy to use with PA because you need to aim the arrow to its final destination past the monster to make use of the multiple clouds, you can simply drop another cloud in one click if you really need to fill another area.

Mine is lv 42 and with trap+slower proj+conc effect with +1 bow got around 350 dmg/sec but mana cost really high and sometimes damage isnt high for harder bosses.

Anyone succesfully tried this into maps?
