May I know how much does it cost you around to get that Gold Amulet? Is it worth getting a 51% iir with 13% to all elementa resistances +40 maximum ES, 58% increased global critical strike multiplier and 8% increased spell damage worth getting? If u can gauge the price or you're willing to buy at.

" My amulet cost me nothing: I found it with 5 mods, and I exalted the 10% armor on it. The amulet you describe is very good. A sporker would probably kill for an amulet like this (he can use all 6 mods, whereas the crit and the SD are no use to me). I would say your ammy is easily worth more than 10 exalted, but am not knowledgeable enough to determine how much more. But if I am going to spend money, I really want an ammy with IIQ on it, so I am not going to buy it. Guys, A newbie question here, If my math is correct, you can reduce the mana reserved up to 46% without alpha wolf. with mortal conviction would it be 86%? or is it calculated differently?

Have you thought about spec'ing into the flask nodes near the witch starting tree? It would make that IIQ/R flask more effective. |

5link shav, with flame totem + gmp and faster proj? or spell totem with incerante + gmp / or / faster proj,,
cant afford to upgrade to 6l for the time being and am wondering on what you feel is more effective, |

" if you can get the colors, this is probably the most effective setup for standard: Red: Spell Totem (qual irrelevant) Red: Item Quantity (qual nice, not required obviously) Blue: Item Quality (qual nice, not req) Blue: Incinerate (lvl 1, 20% quality absolutely required if you run a 5link, need the proj speed) Green: Greater Multiple Projectiles (qual highly useful, probably most important qual after incin) For domination, where the IIQ gem doesnt exist, i'd personally replace iiq with a 20% faster proj, though faster casting is great too. |

I want to ask if you run a blood magic keystone with this setup and take mortal conviction, we have additional 40% reduced mana reserved. So we got 46% reduced mana reserved from other nodes and 40% reduced mana reserved from mortal conviction. What i'm curious is what happen to aura you placed at Prism Guardian since it has additional 25% reduced mana reserved so we got 60 * (100-(46 + 25) * 1.40)% = 0.6% mana required or 60% aura cost * 40% * (100-46+25)% mana reserved = 6.96% mana required

" Yes, I mentioned it before. The problem with blood magic is the 40% is not enough without additional reduced mana item to run the same auras. Then if you do, you will have such a small amount of life, probably not enough to cast freely. If you do have enough to cast it won't matter, your life regeneration goes to ES, so sustaining spells would be impossible. Would have to remove zealot's oath. So yea, bottom line is that I just don't think there would be any benefit to it. |
