Glad to hear that, its been bothering me a lot about people who contacted support for this and what will happen to their plan to upgrade if they're still waiting for a response when open beta launches.

Oh cool now i feel like a moron. I sent them a extra email and message on the forum. LOL was worried I was not going to get in on time for setting up my gold payment plan.

Good news guess I'll finally go to bed then and not worry about it lol.

Serious quandary: I like the look of the bronze kiwi running around in game better than the silver, but I like the silver forum title better.. Should I inquire about setting up a paymet plan to upgrade? Why am I asking you guys, i already know your answer XD I'll get to it.

You can try asking support for both silver pack and also buy bronze kiwi. They offer to let you buy lesser tiered kiwis at half the pack's price. So that means you put down $25 along with the difference upgrading with silver.

Make sure to be specific with support now.

Oh boy, sucks to be me last minute. lol
Anyway, can someone here help me understand it first before I proceed.

Lets say right now I can only afford the USD 25 pack. So, what I should do is buy the $25 pack right now, send support an email immediately, and that will reserve me the ability to upgrade later on by paying the difference?

Finally, what should the email title, and message be to avoid any confusion? (only few hours left)... Do we have to specify what we want later on right now? Or can I decide later.

Edit: nvm, I just saw its monthly up to 6 months.

Thank you so much for this post, I only just found out about this game after returning from Christmas in England with my girlfriends family (I'm Australian) and this has given me a method of supporting the game.. As I'm kind of broke after such a long trip. This is amazing thank you for all the help that you gave just by posting this.
