Unfortunately no, supporter packages are closed-beta offers only. Once open beta launches, you'll never have a chance at getting kiwis or these packages again.

u dont have to pay for shippingt but then u dont get the DVDs, there is an option if u want the shipping with extra cost or not

I saw a thread a while back that directly addressed support's lack of responses lately and they promptly posted they've been bogged down lately by tons of people contacting them.
Probably lots of people asking for payment plans, eh? ;P

I'm in the same boat, still waiting on a reply. D: I just hope they reply soon, otherwise I won't be able to afford more than the Kiwi Pack.

I'm still waiting to hear the final word on my payment plan since yesterday. Not sweating it I'm sure as long as you have your word in with them before the actual OB time expires they will get ya taken care of. I figured they are probably backed up to hell and back with people jumping in at the last minute for support packs along with regular issues.
