Its work i think. My RF AOE get bigger.
The Amplify helps when you facing bear. They can hit you without burn by RF aoe. The extra 12% AOE will make RF burn them, else you need to run closer to them every time.

I'm surprise they didn't fix this snapshot RF thingy in this patch note. I guess this build aren't as OP as the wand facebreaker lol.

Ok - I was thinking that it maybe had the same effect as inner force - that beying the reson OP didnt take it, but I guess he might just be working around the shorter range, picking some skillpoints he prefers over this one.

You don't have to follow exactly with his build, just get the idea from it.

Here is the few variation i could think off :
- Get Max Frenzy from bandit instead of Max Endurance. I always get frenzy at max charge all the time and rarely get any endurance cry. The extra 1% Regen could be better.

- IF you are farming low lv map/piety, a 5/6L Searing touch or armor together it IIR or IIQ or both (in standard) might be better. Despite some people state that it work in RF skill feedback, i don't think it's work

- Carcass Jack for more Aoe / Get the AOE node in witch area for more aoe.

- A frenzy + culling + IIQ / IIR or both + Melee splash on Armor with Soul taker instead of lowering RF damage. Its also help to apply cold damage if you have any +cold dmg on accessory and maintain frenzy charge.

They can't fix it without heavy modifying the game engine. Buffs are not dynamic instances so once they are cast, they can't be change.
What about belly of the beast? 40% increased max hp sounds pretty good, or does it? Flat hp + some added %from armor chest is better?

A normal chest with flat life and resists is much better. I wouldn't recommend Belly of the Beast at all.
How is this for a tree modification?

+1.4% regen
-6% HP
-4% chaos resistance
-24% all resists
-1 frenzy charge

Advantage: Sustainable w/o Blood Dance. Blood Dance is still powerful, but you have more options.

Not worth it imo. Blood dance feels like it's the strongest version of this build right now.

I don't know if this has been mentionned but for a slight buff (15%) you can place an animate guardian on your redbeak and throw in it a leer cast helmet (and whatever shitty unique you get)

As soon as you will switch, the guardian will disapear but will be saved so it will be ready for the next precast :)

It's a free buff as long as you have one of those leer cast mask you would throw away :)


This can be enhanced (x6) in team group if all your party have it in switch also ^^

(you might even gain a 165% dmg boost if each member of 6 party use a leercast + has an animate guardian leer cast while you precast your RF... but that might be a hassle to setup :] )


I'm not sure i understand this concept. Leer cast helmet gives you 30% reduced and 15% added dmg - how would that work solo?
