you probably went CI too early. I guess ou have about 1500 ES and no hp.
With just a few hp nodes and a little hp on gear, you would have had 2K hp AND 1K ES.
I suggest rerolling or investing a bit into midgame items. farm city of sarn. get someone to shuttle you through the act and try to farm A1 merciless ledge.
After this +INT near Ghost Reaver, should i go straight for IR or is it not necessary yet and i can easy get all those nodes on the left, lets say to Freeze and then go for IR? I dont really know if i will be able to handle so long without IR, first time on witch.
You don't need IR at low levels. You can easily make normal and cruel without it, because you need to be able to run 2 auras before taking IR. IR is good only if you can run grace. So as you absolutely need discipline, and before level 60 you will have mana issues and run clarity or won't have the gear for mana, you can't run grace before level 60. I think you have to take IR around level 70. Then, if it's not done, rush the nod for mana reserved. Normaly, if you got some mana on your gear and all the nod, you will have 200+ mana left with 2 auras. It's enough to play FP if you got some leech.
At the moment, try focusing on the left part of the tree. The right part is good when you run grace. At least, you can go for the right part in first, around level 50 to 60, go for the mana reserved nod, and then rush IR. I think Makavelit0t0 will agree me =)
hi tquilleur thanks for helping out! been busy lately so havent been able to answer all question but seen that you have been eager to help the newer players! and that is always nice.
first of i would say that rushing IR at the same time you take all the life nodes on the right side of the tree is kinda crucal since IR is what gives you armor i always rush for it after i pick up the crit nodes at the left side of the tree and rush for IR as fast as possible because when i level i always use grace+clarity(lvl 3) also the best way to make you sustain mana better also is getting a 5link for 3-6chaos and then spam it once or twice with a chaos to just get some life with a resist with it so you can run mana leech+life leech which is gonna make you tankier before you switch to CI.
i never switch to ci before i get to level 70 because CI is not that effective at all on low level gear.
Im pretty squishy. is there something that i can do to get myself better?
I can barely farm docks on cruel. (i am lvl 55)
this is my gear.
to be honest i think you are going of on the wrong foot here, because you are already investing items on ES and stacking it, you always go pure life and armor gear to be able to get through your leveling stages. when i leveled my FP witch i switched to CI on level 80 and that was because i didnt want to run around without all the ES nodes that i needed.
but i recommend that you get some pure armor/evasion gear and start stacking it + hp because the setup you have now wont just work especially if you are playing solo. try to read my guide again how i do it =)
i hope you will start enjoying this build a bit more and feel the power of it to!
here are some example of gear that i used when leveling my witch and 1 level before i switched to CI (lvl 79)

i did cruel w/o IR, ofc not solo
also, according to the guide, you wont get IR until like lvl 70 or so

you can skip some hp nodes along the way no need to acctually get them all

chest belt and 1 ring can be swapped for another with more hp =) and you are set
