Yes, I think they nerf Mind over Matter.
There are enough problems with monster they hit you with DoT, but after the DoT buff....
I think my current MoM build is not viable after that.

By the way, I still don´t understand why this kind of damage goes straight to health when you play with a MoM build

WOW! Now even MORE harder to fight vs chaos bombs and other OP mobs?
Why so many buffs for mobs? Only harder and harder... yes some builds now more powerfull and cool, but other (special melee) will have much much more problem and die much easier.

Just great... now need much more res + chaos res + armour and life even more needed.

Make mobs immortal and 1 shot any char: this will complete "balance".

PS: bb 3 act cruel and merc.

Why buffs for mobs too? There alrdy some Exiles and mobs (inc rare and magic) VERY OP, now they just unkilleble for melee, bcs cant come near.

Mark clarified some of those in another thread.

Increased Burning - Will boost only the burning applied to enemies now
Fire Penetration - No, this gem works only on hit
Concentrated Effect - Should work, RF does area DoT

Probably not. Why should they fix one of the more sever bugs in the game? Look at desync lol
