I've managed my mana problems with getting soul drinker, some decent physical crit daggers, and speccing into some physical damage nodes instead of spell damage. I don't do as much damage with my spells, but I never have to worry about using mana potions. I'll probably use my respec points to switch out at a later date, but for earlier levels I think the soul drinker node and maybe a mana leech ring or two solve any mana problems you have.

Pretty much. You can make the mana work if you get some mana leech or the like. At high levels, a surgeons 20q mana flask pretty much is endless mana.

bump for more updates.

a question, I see that you have picked up an extra frenzy charge, why? I haven't seen you meantioned anything about a way to generate charges?
Great update. Btw I see that you are using Freeze Mine in one of your links.

Can share how to cast the mines efficiently?

I plan to start using blood rage once I have enough hp. I just hit 84 and have about 4300... Three of my gear pieces dont give hp either, so with those upgraded, I should be near 5k and blood rage should be safe to use.

Mostly I do it for support in a party when things have reflect/thorns or we just have a hard boss (crematorium, palace, shrine) freezes everything while the rest of the team does the heavy lifting.

Really digging this build so far, and I've got one comment and one question:

Comment: I noticed on the wiki page that linking two of the same skill gem to Cast on Crit will work just like adding a different spell; that is, CoC will roll for both gems individually and you'll have a chance to cast the spell twice. I don't have another leveled Freezing Pulse yet, but I'm eager to try this.

Question: I'm running Wrath for the mana leech with Berek's Grip, so if I use Fireball in the sixth gem socket I'd be doing all three elemental damage types. Do you think Elemental Equilibrium would work with this build, or is FP hitting too often?

In the case of dual-tri spelling, it really just depends what you are trying to do (be careful about crashing the game)

As far as EE goes, if you are doing all three elements, its a wash and nothing happens.

All depends on the frequency and luck.

I have a shadow that I haven't touched since before the patch with a respec available. Definitely going to try this out.

I do have a question though, with all the skills listed on your gear, what's you button setup or your cast sequence for approaching a mob? I'm thinking of trying a variation and want to have a better idea of how you manage everything.
Also, with all these charges built up, I was thinking it'd be fun to try putting Discharge on damage taken. Thoughts?
hey, cool build, i am currently trying the similar one, i have an idea, since the ice spear, st, freeze pulse is all project(also EK+hatred), i guess we can just invest the node on the project damage node(8% each). it is much easier to get other than get cold damage node, then both physical and cold damge is high. higher life steal return(i am using the 40% block shilled , 3 life steal, and hande, block+dodge is quite handle)

and this solve the mana problem, too i just use 2% phycial mana steal node, with st, then the mana is far more than need. i just open hatred to get more damage and freeze :D,
