Do auras affect totems? Like the lightning damage totem giving lightning damage to totems?

" no they do not. totems are not ur party members, they are separate entities. u cannot pass auras or any charges to them. Totems are an image of ur passive stats that affect ur the spell they cast only tho (spell dmg, cast speed) totems can gain charges themselves tho. only way to do that is use warlord's mark curse on enemy, totems have 20% to gain endurance charges everytime they kill something (instead of u). however this gimick is useless. Do mines trigger immediately like if I use arc traps to trigger shock? Or is that just plain ineffective?

I going to use this build for my OB-witch. So I got a few questions: (I´m a total newbie^^)

You have to set mines, as in throwing them on the ground and blowing them off by pressing a key.
It's not a fast method to shock anything, more of an additional burst option for tough opponents. |

Traps or mines? I thought traps you just throw on the enemies' foot and it blows up?

dont bother with arc traps and mines guys waste of time. especially since u dont go for increase trap/mine speed everything will be slow as fk.

True point. So that is out of the window.
What about minions? If I grab zombies and get the aura that does lightning damage, can they produce the shock debuff? Would it be viable? |

Can you add an additional element to the totem? Like ice spear that does 1-5 fire damage and then allow elemental equilibrium to proc for additional -25% resistance?

Minions are made of paper and do no damage unless you go pure summoner build.
You also do not understand how elemental equilibrium works. go search up the mechanics thread. (i.e. whatever u said doesnt work.) IGN: hyperculler (torment)
