And people already complain about having to sacrifice gems. Just fucking use it and instead of that OP gem you are using right now that will be nerfed anyways one day.

A primary skill that could benefit well it's frenzy. 16% qual on frenzy gives 6% more attack speed per frenzy charge. With a build like mine that uses 7 frenzy charges i would earn 42% more attack speed, a HUGE bonus to dps.
Blood rage is another example: 16% qual is 3% more life leech, righteous fire could be interesting too |
