I think Fireball supported by both Enhance and Empower would be a very terrifying skill. Think small people. A scion may be born of the rich, and as such hold more opportunity... but a scion will never be able to appreciate the finer beauty of those less fortunate. But that doesn't matter at all, because the fact is that you can use both so why wouldnt you? B/C 60% increased proj speed + 20% from tree is more than enough to hit everything for almost full damage at the edge of your screen already, and gmp, cold pen, added cold, blind are all much better. I can see it being useful on a summoner maybe as skeletons get extra damage and zombies get speed and health with quality.
