You forgot the core concept of Perz's shadow build:
Claw life leech Vaal Pact -> over 25% instant life leech
The low ES is not that important because once you start attacking nothing can kill you.

And to tackle the ranged mobs the build also has decent evasion and Ondar's Guile.

It's pretty much OP and fun.
I've seen few build that have DPS in the [50k - 100k] bracket.

So yes I think you can replace the flicker strike build with this one.

IMO FS builds are close to impossible to play. I give me a headache only when watching it on yuotube. Character moves/teleports a few times per second and so does your screen -> eye blowing.

True, but that build really IS immortal, regardless of what are people claim. There's no build as tanky as that one.

If you can find a way to scale the damage that it truly is the best build.

been playing dragon build for a while and i really enjoy it.tanky as nothing else,infernal blow with extra gore is a real blood bath.the corspe explosion from IB is awsome.

bad side is it take insane gear to get a good dps AK soul taker and 6link.without you can still get way enought dps to solo pretty quickly but in grp ur pretty much useless until you get those gear.

if you want to be near immortal and dont like to party that much and make blood spill everywhere,this build is for you.

What is your definition of OP?

Any build requires at least 10-20 exalts.
Also on any build you can spend 100+ exalts. Have you seen that 700+ pDPS 9% Crit Staff? That was crafted with hundreds of exalts. See what it can do here here.

Perz's build is unique, it's not like the copy-pasted BoR builds.

It really is expensive but that doesn't mean it isn't one of the best builds out there. Both in terms of survivability and DPS. Most DPS build have crap survivability and vice-versa.
