Hmm... If I don't hit the lottery I suppose I could accept 2G/2B and use the boots for Coldsnap/Frost Nova + Multi + Prolif + Cold Pen. And if I do and get 1G/3B, use Shock Nova + Multi + Prolif + Lightning Pen.


It took me about 100 chromes to get the deerskin boots to get the right colors..but once I did..I was very happy!
So I can't find a divinarius dagger on my sever now that storm call has come out..they went from super cheap to 2ex+. So I picked this up for about 20c. Also go a cheap shield for better resists

Thoughts?






I will need to upgrade eventually..but this should hold me over..

does the increased area of effect and dmg works with trap ?
(taken from the wiki: The trigger radius stat is unique to traps and mines. It is not considered an Area of Effect, and will not be affected by area of effect modifiers. It can be increased by Trap and Mine Trigger Radius modifiers, some of which are found on passive skills)

couldn't find anything about area dmg

"Trigger radius", not "explosion/area of damage radius". That means that you can't boost the size of the area that monsters walk to trigger a trap, when the traps are triggered however, all area modifiers apply. Hope I made sense with the answer.
What is confusing me most here is the fact that linking shock nova- and multiple traps does not make the shock nova a trap...what am i doing wrong?

You need to link it with a Trap support aswell for Multiple Traps to work. Since that would require another 5 link, we get around that by using the Deerstalkers unique boots, since they support the skills in them with a level 11 Trap.

Something similar here. Kind of like it, plus I managed to snag it up for 2 chaos.

Also toying around with Rathpith.


I do like it, but I took a big resistances hit and lose quite a bit of evasion/armor as well. However, I think it makes up for it. Thoughts? Besides, getting those three colours drained me of around 160 chromatics, had ONE left when it finally rolled correctly. Seems like it was mean't to be, eh?
