Hi all , i'm new here and i have 2 questions about this build :
-Why he uses 2 or 3 EK gem in his chest , does they stacks together (add more damg or something ?)
-Why not using Vaal Pact , i think Vaal Pact is a must for reflect map , isn't it ?

Hi all, I recently switched to 1h shield version and I must say the survivability is much better than dual wield. Granted with only 1h, my crit went from 90% both ahnds to 59% but I feel like the extra defense is a lot better for end game maps. Recently got a new 6L chest and started using that instead of Tabula but the only problem I have now is I can't switch to Dualstrike + multi for boss, stuck with ST =/. Aside from putting the gems back in Tabula when I fight a boss, you guys have any suggestions?

2.8k hp, 1k ES, 58% block, 42% spell block, max resist

I also notice the cast when stun 4L don't proc that frequent so I might consider changing that to cast when damaged taken - ice spear - gmp-culling or ek-ek-culling

Yes ek stacks

I tried VP the first time I did this build which is why I now an on my second character re-rolling this build. Long story short VP didn't work well for this build because since you use blood magic and desyncing all the time it ends up helping you kill yourself more than helping especially on maps with chaos damage because you can't use a flask to heal up in between fights. Did it help with reflect? Sure, but so does using a granite flask. And there are a lot less oh CRAP moments now without VP. Also, if you get low on life you either can't even cast cyclone because your low on mana (life) or y cast it have pray that you crit right off the bat or else you die in the middle pack.

I have no issues with reflect, and barely notice the damage when running reflect maps.
Vaal Pact is not needed if you build some armour (I have about 12k, 50k with flasks).
CwDT+Immortal Call is nice.

12k seems pretty obtainable have about 9k right now. Mind posting your gear and flasks?
